I am a certified A+ Technician, I got my certification back in 2007. I love to be able to efficiently interact with any computer environment, get things done quickly and be able to help people with a computer problem. While I was attending La Guardia Community College, I took a course in Computer Repair called "A+ Technician", it was an advanced-level class that consisted of 4 seperate courses. While in class I enjoyed the hands on experience with a computer, then I became very much interested in fixing computers and how they operate.
When I began fixing people’s computers, I had the opportunity to be exposed to the full range of computer problems, all of which tended to reinforce and solidify my intense interest in computer security and usability. I've also had the opportunity to take a number of courses in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, which I pursue to this date. These courses have all been enjoyable and enlightening, providing me with a new and different perspective on the world of computers and the wonderful things that we can do with them.
