About Me

I'm Iddan, just a regular college student at York College. I run in the mornings; it keeps me healthy. I play the two sexiest instruments around: the bass guitar, and the violin. The only instruments in their category are the cello and saxophone. As you should probably be able to tell, I love jazz and classical music. I also love gospel music with either of these flavors. I am also into rock. Country music disturbs me. I'll probably be shot for saying this but it's just a bunch of hill billys talking and singing about rounding up cattle.

The three things I love most (besides God and women) are computers (technology in general), medicine, and cameras. I enjoy watching computers become able to do more and more insane things. For technical people, I consider myself to be a highly advanced windows and PC user and have begun moving towards MAC and Linux. English and Windows belong in the same category. They both suck and are useless, but we use them because we have to.

Medicine is my dream. I don't mean taking medicine. I am working towards becoming a neurosurgeon. This is the only field that I never get tired of. I can talk with someone all day about how modern medicine has developed. Finally, film is the second dream of mine. I intend to be a neurosurgeon who make films.

About this site

The art used for the background on this site was made by a friend of mine, Arian Amsterdam. I chose this piece because it represents how I think. A clear mind, as opposed to blank; black versus white. Somewhere within this abyss thought begins like threads of color. The thoughts combine and spiral together. Bursting with thoughts and color, melding with others they organize and form spools of ideas. These spools of ideas are not the end as they mix and merge, strenghtening some of these while releasing others. I may seem transparent, but what does it matter; will you understand it? This is the mind of any artist, this is my mind.
